Antoinette has also presented at numerous foodservice industry conferences, including the Culinary Institute of America Flavor Summit, National Restaurant Show, Trends Connect (PA), The International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show (NY), The Great American Dessert Expo (Las Vegas & Atlanta), The Foodservice Technology Conference (FL), International Conference on Food Styling & Photography (Boston), and the Global Gaming Expo – F&B at G2E (Las Vegas) and presents the StarChefs Trends Report annually at the International Chefs Congress.
