Ms Bruno has appeared on television and radio programs across the country including judging "Iron Chef" on Food Network, Fox Business Nightly Countdown, NBC Miami, Fox Good Morning Boston, WUSA 9 CBS Morning Show Wash DC, Sunday Morning - ABC 7 News, San Francisco’s Morning Show (KRON), Dining Around with Gene Burns (San Francisco, KGO-AM), The Restaurant Guys, and Les Kincaid's Lifestyles Las Vegas (KLAV), among others.

Antoinette has also presented at numerous foodservice industry conferences, including the Culinary Institute of America Flavor Summit, National Restaurant Show, Trends Connect (PA), The International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show (NY), The Great American Dessert Expo (Las Vegas & Atlanta), The Foodservice Technology Conference (FL), International Conference on Food Styling & Photography (Boston), and the Global Gaming Expo – F&B at G2E (Las Vegas) and presents the StarChefs Trends Report annually at the International Chefs Congress.

Antoinette has also organized and moderated several celebrity chef panels at Harvard Business School, International Association of Culinary Professionals, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
